Working with Carolina Chair was a great pleasure. Our pieces came out beautifully and the quality and function are exactly what we are all looking for in furniture creation. You will be very pleased with both the product and the process. We had two sectional pieces that needed to be a bit narrower than most couches to accommodate our spacing needs…without sacrificing comfort. They created our specs quickly and we went under contract. Then we realized that we gave them the wrong dimensions on one of the couches…and I called in a panic to correct it. They quickly and nicely update our request and order and we kept moving. And all was well for a few weeks. THEN we realized we had asked for a loveseat with two arms... but actually wanted an opened arm loveseat. I called in another panic and they, again, quickly and professionally took off one of the arms. They were awesome. I would normally use CAPS and !!! to explain just how great they have been, but that tends to read as gimmicky and insincere. And I want you to really know just how real and genuine and awesome the whole team at Carolina Chair is. We look forward to working with them again on our next project.

Our new custom sofa has arrived, and we are thrilled. This will be where we'll watch tv and hang out, so comfort is paramount; the modifications your brother and crew graciously made for us allow us to sit comfortably. Not to mention, this sofa is so pretty; how the tufting came out actually exceeded my expectations, it’s astoundingly beautiful and a treat for the eyes! I can see the artistry and workmanship and how difficult it would be to execute.
Your counsel was key in guiding the process, and we thank you profusely. And the deliverymen arrived when they said they would, and were very courteous and efficient.
Carolina Chair beautifully demonstrated that furniture can be built in the US without crazy high prices. Not to mention the superior construction! We love the comfort and quality of our gorgeous sofa. It checks all the boxes!

I wanted to first and foremost, thank you, your brother and everyone else at CarolinaChair for our AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL SECTIONAL! It is perfect in every way! We have had multiple get togethers since it was delivered and everyone comments on how gorgeous it is and then immediately calls me crazy for getting a (off) white couch with two boys under five and two dogs who know no boundaries and would never be ok with not snuggling up next to us while we lounge! I laugh and then tell them about how amazing the Sunbrella fabric is. They can’t believe it! They then ask where it came from and I am quick to tell them about y’all. The entire process was amazing. You dealt with my MILLION questions and concerns, as well as, accommodated my numerous last minute changes and quote requests. And I am so grateful! Thank you again for everything and we will do business again in the future!

We received our three custom sofas (including one sleeper sofa) yesterday and are so happy with the results. We were looking to maximize seating capacity for out large family gatherings and also have 3 new sofas that are comfortable and functional. CarolinaChair makes it easy to customize so many different details. We are satisfied return customers who still enjoy our custom sectional purchased 11 years ago for our other home. Arrived (mostly) on time and in excellent condition. The delivery guys certainly know what they're doing.
The couch is exactly what we designed, looks amazing, and feels so much better to sit on than the old busted mess we had before.
Even the cat approves, and they don't often approve of anything.
