Delivery in about 6 weeks from the date of your order!

Once you place your order, your order will be confirmed by e-mail and we will call you to personally to verify your order, answer any questions you may have, and collect payment information for verification purposes. We will then build your furniture as ordered. Production time for most orders is 2-3 weeks. Your credit card will be charged when the furniture is shipped from our production floor. You will be contacted by our furniture delivery service when your order is shipped.

1. Our delivery specialist will contact you by phone for an inside set-up and delivery date within 7 days of shipment from our manufacturing plant. Deliveries are made within a four-hour window.

2.  Deliveries are made during normal business hours weekly within the 48 contiguous states.  Other arrangements can be made with the delivery company for an extra charge. (e.g. after hours and Saturday delivery)

3.  Home delivery disclaimers:

• Some remote areas can only be delivered on a weekly basis. These areas have specific delivery dates and times.

• Weeknight and weekend deliveries can be scheduled for an extra fee with our local delivery agents.

• Deliveries made to areas with three or more flights of stairs with no service elevators can be made with an extra charge.

• All furniture must be delivered within 30 days of the ship date.  Storage fees will apply after thirty days.

• Slipcovered tables are delivered via UPS when possible.  This is not an inside delivery service.
