Free shipping and in-home delivery! Delivery in about 6 weeks from the date of your order!
Shipping and in-home delivery are really free for furniture orders within the contiguous United States. However, if you live outside the U.S. Mainland or in another country, we will be responsible for getting your furniture to a freight forwarder of your choice. Your responsibility is to make the logistic and financial arrangements with the freight forwarder for getting the furniture to you! Individual orders for fabric only, throw pillows, and parts do not fall under the free shipping offer!
After you place your furniture order (either on-line or by calling us), your order will be confirmed via e-mail.
Production time for most orders is 2-4 weeks. Once we finish building your furniture, and before our transportation/in-home delivery partner picks it up, we will charge your credit card. The day your furniture is picked up, you will receive an e-mail from us giving you detailed information about the delivery process and we'll also send you a photo of your new furniture! You will be contacted by our furniture delivery service when they are ready to deliver your furniture.
Here are some details regarding transportation and in-home delivery:
1. Our in-home delivery partner will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery day and time-frame. Delivery timeframes are usually within a four-hour window.
2. Deliveries are typically made Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Other arrangements could possibly be made with the delivery company for an extra charge. You will need to ask the company when you talk with them.
3. Home delivery disclaimers:
- Some remote areas can only be delivered on a weekly basis. These areas have specific delivery dates and times. There could be extra charges associated with delivering to remote areas. The customer will be responsible for any added costs associated with remote area delivery.
- Weeknight and weekend deliveries may possibly be scheduled for an extra fee with our local delivery agents.
- Deliveries made to areas with three or more flights of stairs (with no service elevators) can be made with an extra charge.
- All furniture must be delivered within 30 days of the ship date. Storage fees may apply after thirty days.
